Today, a very significant step forward in the realization of the PRIMA Programme has been taken! In occasion of the General Assembly held in Madrid, on June 17, 2017, the participating delegates of Mediterranean States, hosted by the Spain Ministry of Economy, Industry and Competitiveness (MINECO), have formally established, in accordance with Article 185 of TFUE, the PRIMA Foundation, dedicated implementation structure.
